Affiliate Program Terms
A plain-language guide to who can participate, how a referral is counted, and when a commission can be paid. These rules keep the program useful for affiliates and fair to the customers they introduce.

01 / Who can participate
Eligibility and good-faith sharing
Post Pilot account holders may participate after they acknowledge these terms. Share honestly, use your own referral link, and describe Post Pilot accurately. An affiliate must not refer themselves, refer someone who already has a Post Pilot account, send spam, make misleading claims, or impersonate Post Pilot or another person. Referrals generated by those practices are not eligible for commission.
02 / Attribution
First valid click, for 30 days
A referral is attributed to the first valid affiliate click recorded before the new account is created. That click remains eligible for 30 days. A later click does not replace it, and a code pasted after signup cannot create a retroactive claim. The referred person must be a new Post Pilot account, and self-referrals are rejected.
03 / Commission
One first paid month, never recurring
An eligible affiliate earns 50% of one referred customer’s first successfully collected Post Pilot monthly subscription payment. At the current $19.99/month price, that is $9.99 after conservative whole-cent rounding. There is one commission per referred customer and no commission on later monthly payments.
The first 100 launch customers receive a 90-day free period. A free or zero-dollar payment earns no commission; cancellation during that free period earns nothing. If the customer later makes a valid first paid monthly payment, that payment may create the one commission described above—never a recurring commission.
04 / Payouts and reversals
Reviewed monthly, paid manually
Post Pilot reviews unpaid commissions manually each month. Payment is considered only when an affiliate’s unpaid balance is at least $50. Approved payments are sent by bank transfer or another manual method mutually agreed with the affiliate. Post Pilot does not collect payment details in the app and does not run automatic payouts.
If the qualifying payment is refunded or charged back, its unpaid commission is voided. Legacy commissions without a matching payment identifier remain visible and are not voided without a matching event. A commission already paid is handled directly with the affiliate if a reversal requires follow-up.
05 / Disclosure and acknowledgement
Be clear about the relationship
Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive a commission when sharing Post Pilot. Put the disclosure where people can see it alongside the post, video, email, or other recommendation—not hidden behind a profile link or after the referral call to action.
Before an affiliate can reveal or copy a referral link, they must actively check the acknowledgement box in the affiliate studio and confirm that they have read these terms. The acknowledgement records the affiliate’s acceptance; it does not collect payment information or guarantee that every referral will qualify.
